What are some ways you can protect yourself from drugs? Stay involved in health activities and interests. Stay away from parties and places where drugs are present Use relaxation techniques to help manage stress. BE AWARE of your surroundings!!!!! Never get in the car with someone who has been drinking or taking drugs.
