ISIS Certificate Application Spring 2014 Certificate Instructions
Students can visit ISIS to apply for their certificates. Under the section entitled “My Record,” students select “Certificate/Degree Application”
After logging in, students applying for certificates select “Add certificate application.”
The student will select the term in which they intend to receive their certificate. The student then proceeds to the next screen. Spring 2014
Students select the college that will award the certificate. PUBLIC HEALTH AND HEALTH PROFESSIONS
Students then select the certificate they wish to receive from the “Certificate” drop down menu. Then the student selects the certificate they are seeking. PUBLIC HEALTH AND HEALTH PROFESSIONS GRADUATE CERTIFICATE IN PUBLIC HEALTH
Students verify the spelling of their names, as this is how it will appear on their certificate. Then students click the “Submit Application” button at the bottom right.
The last page is as shown here. Students will see green text below the “Application Summary” to ensure their successful submission. *Please note that Certificate graduates do not participate in the commencement ceremonies. *
