FOOD CHAIN

A Producer provides things at the start of a food chain.

What is a Consumer??? An animal is called a Consumer because they need to consume to make plants.

Primary Consumer The Primary Consumer is an animal that feeds on plants for example a rabbit eats a plant.

Secondary Consumer The Secondary Consumer eats the Primary Consumer.

What is a Food Chain? A series of organisms each dependent on the next as a source of food.
