 Will occur at where snow at  Where wind always easily occur  E.g. The Great Plains of Canada and The United State.

 It was at some part of Virginia and Washington DC  On December 19 th 2009  The snow covers to about 6 inches on 7am on that day  Many cars, buildings, home and people were buried, roads blocked and the city were shut down

 People can be warned early so that they can prepare for the blizzard  They have to get shelter  If stuck by a blizzard try to get dry  Dig into a snow cave because deep snow is an insulation against wind and cold temperature  Stay in vehicle

 Crack a bit of your window to provide air  Exercise in your vehicle to keep your blood warm  Make sure your vehicle can be seen to be recued e.g. use the light of the car or honk your car.
