When you renew your customers directly – no change When Sage renews: –After each month end close, Sage will provide you an alert with the renewal margin credit by customer that will be posted as a credit on your account –A confirmation will be ed to you by the 22 nd of each month referencing the credit # –Applying the credit: Terms – credit is reflected on your monthly statement Pre-pay or COD – applied to future order or a check can be cut
