Attention Do not try to understand everything, just catch the main idea. Don’t spend too much time taking notes, but DO take notes! Prepare beforehand. Assignments should be handed in on time. Turn your cell phone off or to vibrate.

Student Evaluation –Class participation, attendance and homework (10%) –Research projects (40%) –Final exam (50%)

Research Project Two themes of the research project The evolution of computer. The hardware and software of computer. Each student chooses one topic. Related materials can be searched and found via the Internet or other medias.

Research Project The report is the form of Word file with no less than 3000 words. The Word file requires some specific formats. (headline, main body, line space……) The presentation of report is the form of PPT file with no less than 10 slices. It should include some animations and links. The data is organized by the Excel Table. You should have your own opinions and conclusions.
