 Click “Review” button on the ribbon and click “Set Language” to change the language. Online Learning Support Project Team

WWord checks your spelling and grammar as you type. SSpelling errors display with a red wavy line under the word. GGrammar errors display with a green wavy line under the error.

 Right click on the wavy lines and choose the best option. Online Learning Support Project Team

 Click the drop-down arrow next to the Font List and Font Size. Online Learning Support Project Team

 Look at the bottom left corner of the screen.  You will see the total word count Online Learning Support Project Team

 If you have highlighted a part of the text it will also tell you how many words are highlighted out of the total. Online Learning Support Project Team

 On the “Home Tab” click the Paragraph Dialog Box and adjust your spacing accordingly Online Learning Support Project Team

 Select the text  Right click on it and choose “paragraph”

 Choose “double” spacing Online Learning Support Project Team
