Getting Started

With GCSEpod you can access GCSE curriculum audio for the subjects you're studying. You'll find GCSEpod learning+revision audio as easy to download as songs from iTunes. Use the short, easy-to-handle, bite-size segments all through the year, not just at revision time.

You first need to register before you can begin downloading and streaming podcasts. Just follow these simple steps...

Go to the school's VLE ( Link to the VLE can be found on the school website

Find the GCSEpod button Log in to the VLE Click the GCSEpod button Click on ‘Electronic Revision resources’

Register your name, school & password Click on ‘Log in/Register Register here then check your school for the link to activate your account

Follow the link and you will be directed to the website Your name will appear in the top right to show you are logged in

Select a subject or use the search function to find podcasts Search by Subject Search key words Search by Exam

Select a subject button and see the podcasts available Select the topic area Look what is available

Click play to listen and see the chapters or click the relevant button to download. Check your school for the link. Stream/lis ten Apple deviceAndroid or Blackberry Chapters

All podcasts are mapped to exam boards. On the GCSEpod homepage click the icon ‘Prepare for your next exam’ You can now select podcasts relevant to a specific exam and create playlists. Prepare for your exam Find and click this button

You will see a list of exams in date order Filter podcasts by subject, exam board and date too
