Renewable Resources

Biomass Biomass is a regenerative organic material used for energy production. Sources of biomass fuel include terrestrial and aquatic vegetation, agricultural, and forestry.

Hydroelectric power Hydroelectric comes from the flowing water. Winter and spring runoff from mountain streams and clear lakes. water can be used to turn turbines and generators that produce electricity.

Solar energy Solar energy takes the sun energy and uses it. Mostly the east and western area.

Wind energy The wind makes the fan thing move and that creates energy. Texas is the common wind farm in united states.

Geothermal energy Created by the heat from the earth. It generates reliable power and emits almost no greenhouse gases. California has more.
