Approaching FD for filling-up of vacant ST posts either on adhoc basis or to initiate de-reservation process. Approaching FD for promotion of senior accounts functionaries on different grades on fast track mode, so that maximum space is available for awaiting officers. Contd…..

Future Strategies We shall convince FD to finalize parameters / norms for creation of posts of accounts functionaries More and More departments will be approached for creation of posts of accounts functionaries citing proper justification. Creation of posts of different grades in the light of the circular dated , issued by AR Deptt.

Formation of various Committees In order to achieve our goal and for betterment of Accounts Cadre, following Committees are proposed to formed for various tasks by way of nominating suitable officers consisting of officers from the Governing Body and General Members alongwith request to spare their valuable time. A.To Strengthen SASWA B.To Prepare Representations for various departments. C.To follow-up the matter with various departments to track out the progress. D.To liaison with Advocate with regard to Court Case for Direct Entry Pay to AAOs.

Proposed Resolutions Membership Fee and Annual Subscription. Inclusion of Honorary Members (Group-A Officers from Accounts Cadre) Matter regarding grant of Direct Entry Pay by filing the court case in the competent Court of Law. Engagement of Advocate to take-up the matter of Direct Entry Pay to AAOs. Utilization of available funds for Court Case. Team SASWA requests all its Members to mark their selection against each Resolution(s), presently available with them and also fill-up their Feedback / Grievance/ Suggestion Form and submit the same at the HELP DESK or handover to any member of Core Team.
