Getting Started Review district technology plan, policies and resources Survey building technology needs ◦Teachers (attitudes, competencies, etc.)  Have teachers assess their technology skills ◦Equipment in the school (review ED616 template for the district) Visit to assess teachers’ technology proficiencies in the classroom

Next Steps… Form technology committee (if one does not exist) As a committee evaluate survey results and review the technology resources that were collected.
