3 According to the global research firm IDC, the remote workforce is expected to grow by more than 30% in the next four years. The Facts

4 The Benefits Mobile employees have flexibility. Productivity increases. No cube environment! Daily conflict is absent.

5 The Benefits Employees tend to think like owners. Minimal travel time. Capital costs for office space are less. Little need to relocate key employees. It creates a mechanism that allows employees to adjust their work schedule.

6 The Benefits There are fuel cost-savings. Employees feel their lives are more balanced Communication between the employees and their managers tend to improve. It can be a way to prevent the loss of a good employee. Staggered work schedules and hours provide better coverage.
