Concept Attainment Pathogens make people sick. Pathogens live best in a neutral environment. Pathogens do not live well in a acid environment. What food environments are acidity and which are neutral

Concept Attainment The person seated at seat X go to the book shelf and get one plastic box for your table. Put the Yes card on one side of the table. Put the NO card on the other side of the table.

Concept Attainment As a group put foods that are high acidic by the Yes sign. As a group put foods that are low acidic by the No sign. Be prepared to defend your answers.
