Context—the circumstances or conditions in which the thing exists or takes place. context historical—the events during the time of a certain event. social—the immediate physical and social setting in which people live or in which something happens or develops. cultural—to reference an event or situation from the perspective of specific groups of people. geographic—the geographic area that relates to a particular problem, discovery, or issue.
