 New Generation-5 th Avenue  Club Training and Leadership Committee  IPP is official member of Board  Exempt member’s included in attendance  Suspend/Terminate clubs that fail to comply with TRF stewardship

 District take greater role in club PR  Can give proxy for District Conference voting  Need to inform DG before change of club name  Cannot exclude admission of member based on sexual orientation
