Salaries are eligible in the following cases: -for contracted personnel assigned to the former activities -for civil servants or other public officials seconded, under the two following conditions: First condition: Temporary assignment with formal decision. Second condition: Period of assignment ≤ the final date for the eligibility of the expenditure.
