Methodology Shape: comparative evaluation Need to ensure linkages with other ongoing evidence building initiatives (like the UN and Partners’ Alliance Observatory, the Regional Hunger and Vulnerability Programme (RHVP), and VSO-RAISA Key for tomorrow: include a temporal dimension, starting with a benchmark study on selected sites, followed by several follow-up studies over the lifespan of the project (3 years?)
