An Action Plan on: The importance of Educational Technology in fourth year high school Student in Luga-it National High School. What are the key goals? To develop learning instructions through the use of Educational Technology as tool to improve learning. The instructional strategies that are being use during intervention is by using the new technology to: To gain attention Stimulating the interest of the student through the use of Educational Technology Develop competitive skills through the use of Educational Technology Provide guidance and assist student performance

The instructional strategies that are being use during intervention is by using the new technology to: To gain attention Stimulating the interest of the student through the use of Educational Technology Develop competitive skills through the use of Educational Technology Provide guidance and assist student performance

What challenges do you anticipate? What are your solution to these challenges?

Anticipated ChallengesPossible solutions Classroom EnvironmentThe classroom should be well manage. Uninterested and interested student Know the back ground of uninterested student as will as the interested student. Maintenance of the device or tool use in teaching Orient the student for extra care of the tools or devices and ask assistance to the technician for any malfunction for a repair. Unsupportive parents the teaching device Orient the parents how important the Educational Technology globally.

What is your timeline for achieving your goals both in the short and long term? How will you display this information? The timeline are followed:

April-MayOrientation to the parents about the new tools/devices o improve learning and globally competitive student through the use of educational Technology. Juneorientation to the student about the devices/tool use in teaching and being learn. July-September Application on the new tools/devices how to use and being apply. October-January Mastery of the tools/equipment and how to apply what is being learn. February-march Evaluation to the student what they learn about Educational Technology.

What resources will you use? Consider the internet sites you identified, the activity products you created and the colleagues you met. The resources will be use are the following: Computer, internet with the selected web sites, multimedia and projector.

How will you organize your presentation? What will be the beginning, middle, and end? In the beginning will be the goal of the proposed plan.in the middle will be the action plan and at the end will be the evaluation or the assessment of the plan.

What software application will you use to create your presentation? What pictures, tables, and documents might you design in Microsoft Word? What type of presentation would you build in Microsoft Power point? What worksheets and charts might you make in Microsoft Excel?

For the presentation will be the power point, for the details will the Microsoft Word and lastly for the evaluation will be the Microsoft Excel. Gannt chart will be used for the timeline and for the evaluation will be found also in Microsoft Excel.

How long will it take to create your presentation? What is the sequence in which the steps must be completed.? I will take one hour to two hours in making the presentation and followed by discussion about the steps or sequence on how to use Microsoft Power point

How will you engage your audience and convince them that applying technology literacy and 21 st century teaching and learning skills and approaches will enhance your productivity and professional practices in your classroom?

will convince the audience by project first what are tools/devices being use in the 21 st century teaching and learning skills then present the advantages and usefulness of TECHNOLOGY in our daily lives with the guidance of parents to the students.
