HR Policies HR policies allow an organization to be clear with employees on:

The nature of the organization What they should expect from the organization What the organization expects of them. How policies and procedures work. What is acceptable and unacceptable behavior. The consequences of unacceptable behavior

HR policies provide an organization with a mechanism to manage risk by staying up to date with current trends in employment standards and legislation. The policies must be framed in a manner that the companies vision & the human resource helping the company to achieve it or work towards it are at all levels benefited and at the same time not deviated from their main objective.

The establishment of policies can help an organization demonstrate, both internally and externally, that it meets requirements for diversity, ethics and training as well as its commitments in relation to regulation and corporate governance of its employees. For example, in order to dismiss an employee in accordance with employment law requirements, amongst other considerations, it will normally be necessary to meet provisions within employment contracts and collective bargaining agreements. The establishment of an HR Policy which sets out obligations, standards of behavior and document disciplinary procedures, is now the standard approach to meeting these obligations.

1. All the employees should be following a dress code. Wearing short T-Shirts and very casual jeans is not allowed. Plain T-shirts and plain jeans will be allowed. 2. No one should wear chapels or kitos.

3. Girls can wear sarees, salwar kurtas, shirt pants or even decent looking jeans and T shirts also. 4. Strict discipline should be maintained in the floor. Shouting at the peak of your voice, using slang languages are a strict no no in the floor.

5. All of you should be shutting down all the sites you have opened and shut down your port before leaving the office. 6. All are requested to see that if when he/she is leaving the floor and finds that no one else is working please switch off the AC and lights also.

7. During shift hours no one should be going to the rest room. 8. All should maintain a time of coming to office and going out of the office. (In BPO as required for the project he/she is handling)

9. All the employees should use only their official Gmail and skype IDs once in the office and no personal chatting or mailing is allowed from the official IDs. 10. Listening to songs while working will not be allowed, if needed we can play the office music system with the admins permission.

11. From now on all the complaints, requests, letter for leave or even advance against salary should be documented through mail. 12. Advance against salary will be given between 1 st till 10 th of every month. Amount exceeding Rs 1000 will be given only with proper documentation and permission from the management. 13. Matters relating to projects and work should only be discussed directly with the directors if required. For any admin issues or day to day needs you are suppose to communicate and interact with your respective admin heads.

14. We will shortly be implementing the system of keeping the mobile phone with the admin once you are inside the office. In that case you can give the office number to your immediate relatives for emergency contact.

1. Introduction of a best employee award which would be given to one employee every month. The person will be selected on his performance in the job he does, his initiative for betterment of the job as well as maintaining discipline in the office premises. 2. Introduction of a medical benefits policy.

3. Introduction of a yearly leave policy for every employee at different times of the year. This is at a discussion stage and we need to see that if it is implemented then his/her work is not affected and everyone gets the benefit equally.

For your time
