The Public Authority for Electricity and Water (PAEW) was Established by Royal Decree on 9 September 2007 Focus for development and supervision of the implementation of Government Policy for the Water and Electricity Sectors Direct employees; approximately 1300 Indirect employees ; ~5500 contractor staff PAEW is responsible for water supply in all regions in Oman Except in Dhofar region, Sohar Wilayat
