What will happen with different task What will be needed for project- Photoshop, Illustrator, possibly a camera and the internet. Task 2- Mood boards are too be made therefore illustrator and the internet is needed for that. Task 3- Illustrator and Photoshop are both needed. Photoshop for putting the images collected together And illustrator to trace the final image. Task 4- The evaluation, the production log will be needed for this with print screens etc, pointing out strengths and Weaknesses. Should be done in the last two weeks.

Task 1 Produce a plan for the assignment that demonstrates that you have understood the requirements of this formal live Brief. Break it down into each of its elements, work out what will be needed to complete each task and take into Consideration the timescale. You will need to build in review sessions and produce a production log to ensure that you are On track throughout the project. This production log will also help you to identify your strengths and weaknesses as you Work, allowing you to plan for self-development and the acquisition of new skills. Upload your plan to your blog.

Task 2 Word Board The images I have collected are a mix of hip hop art, city pictures and pictures from the film Romeo and Juliet. With hip hop art it is bright, vibrant and has big lettering which could be incorporated into the images I create, the city Pictures fit in because the images would have to be set in an urban setting either London or Manchester. The Romeo and Juliet images from the film show that the two families are either criminal empires or just powerful families that have a Rivalry. All these images come in useful as they link together urban setting and hip hop go together while the imagery of crime Family fits with the urban images also. Which could come together in the images that I create.

Task 2 Images

Task 2 Mood Board 2 The Hip Hop Shakespeare Company was founded by Hip Hop artist ‘Akala’ and is aimed at young people from all backgrounds as a way to cohesion between young people and be creative throughout various art forms. The philosophy That Akala holds is that Shakespeare's workings were wrote in slang or common speak from the time. This makes Sense in that common people or the working class loved Shakespeare's plays and were his main audience. Furthermore the HHSC does live performances round the country and also does workshops for children and Teenagers.

Task 2 Mood Board 3 Romeo and Juliet is the story of two “star crossed lovers” who are in rival families, this leading to their love being Forbidden, furthermore as the story goes on they become married while their parents do not know of this Hoping to have Juliet in an arranged marriage, although she cannot as she is married to Romeo, furthermore Friar Lawrence agrees to give her a potion that will appear to be dead and send for Romeo to take her out of the city. At the end of the story Romeo believes Juliet to be dead and kills himself, Juliet then wakes up and then finds Romeo Dead, by which she then kills herself, leading to the families forgetting their rivalry with the shock of their children Dying because of it.

Themes of Romeo + Juliet Love is one of the biggest themes of the play. Followed by Death, time, fate and loyalty. There are also the universal themes of the destructiveness of feuds and doomed romance. Love vs. Hate, Light vs. Dark and Fate vs. Determinism Violence, religion; and the integrity of youth. Independent, anti-authority, rebellious, populist and about the impetuousness of youth. Family breakdowns, gang wars and international strife.
