She is 22 and lives by herself She has never lived in a city, but has caught on quickly working out public transport. She wants to learn how the system works. wants to keep improving her English and doesn’t know what work she wants to do. feel isolated and isn’t actively involved with the Sudanese community though she would like to be.

He is hanging out at the youth centre and wants to learn but he doesn’t know what He loves music and singing and often sings at family events His mother is worried that he will never get a job because he didn’t finish school. He hasn’t told her that he can’t read or write and mask his literacy issue by getting himself taken out of school
