Marketing Manager Allan Cole

Marketing Manager’s develop marketing plans to sell product or services. Analyze markets for products and services. Study popular trends and sales forecasts. Publicize products and services so that they appeal to customers.

Wages vary widely depending on the responsibilities that the marketing manager holds. Generally the average yearly pay is around $110,030 Marketing managers who work full time usually receive benefits. Common benefits include paid vacation, sick leave, health insurance, and a retirement plan

Express ideas clearly when speaking or writing Analyze ideas and use logic to determine their strengths and weaknesses Be aware of others' reactions and change behavior in relation to them

Marketplace competition from foreign countries is increasing. As a result American companies will spend more money on marketing their products. New jobs will be created for marketing managers to handle this expansion.

Sales and Marketing: Knowledge of advertising and selling products and services. Customer and Personal Service: Knowledge of providing special services to customers based on their needs. English Language: Knowledge of the meaning, spelling, and use of the English language.

To prepare for a job as a Marketing Manager it would be helpful to take Accounting in high school It would also be beneficial to take Banking and Finance class It would also be helpful to take a Computer Applications class
