Questionnaire for the life of Marie Curie Below you will see the results of Question 9 of the questionnaire given to people of various ages, gender and occupation on the lives and work done during her life.

What was Marie Curie ; α)artistβ) modelγ) scientist δ) politician

Conclusion first question Several large percentage answered correctly on this question since it is an elementary knowledge and other options are obviously far from reality.

3) In which country was Marie Curie born ? α) englandβ) franceγ) Polandδ) U.S.A.

Conclusion The majority of respondents gave the wrong answer to this question, which is very reasonable because of the origin of the adjective which is French, said that the country of birth is France, not Poland. Only a small percentage knew her true identity and was versed in the life of.

Where did Marie Curie become famous? α) Englandβ)France γ) Poland δ) U.S.A.

Conclusion The prevailing answer to this question was France. The next answer was something the U.S. is logical, since the migration of scientific recognition and for general business purposes was common at that time. This follows because then the U.S. was a magnet scientists.

what Nobel award did Marie Curie win? α) Natural sciencesβ)Mathsγ) Medicineδ) peace

Conclusion Most were aware of her success in receiving the Nobel in science. This question, however, divided the respondents to a large extent. The second answer was that the Nobel was for her contribution to the development of mathematics, although it had great resonance in the public.

What was her attitude towards the first World War α) She was indifferent β) In favor of the warγ) she fought with all her power against the war

Conlusion The prevailing answer is not correct. The Marie Curie struggled with all their forces against the war and had done a remarkable job creating approximately 250 radiological wards in the war fronts. Even supplied its own expense many military hospitals with x-ray devices conclude that most assumed that the contribution was not that simple and totally devoted to it. The least prevalent response was that Marie Curie was indifferent to the issue of the First World War which is impossible since the homeland and the country of residence were the victims of the brutality of war.

8) What was the attitude of Marie Curie in relation to the feminist movement? α) she was indefferentβ) she struggled throughout her life to women's problems γ) opposed to feminism

Conclusion Most of responded well to this question because they either knew the good work he had done for feminism or because they excluded the other answers, because it would be unreasonable to submit a question to which the answer would be either negative or indifferent

9) Of what died Marie Curie; α) heart attack β) leukemia c) In old age δ) Accident

Conclusion In conclusion, most respondents replied that the cause of death of Marie Curie was leukemia, which is logical, thinking about extended exposure to the radiation. The second answer is related to an accident, reasonable since many scientists have been killed mainly by accidents at work. Finally, answers b and c is irrelevant since it is simple causes of death.
