Hazard Symbols

Irritant or Harmful These substances can cause reddening or blistering of the skin

Radioactive These substances can mutate cells in the body to cause cancer, exposure to these materials allows the harmful waves to pass through the skin.

Corrosive These substances attack and destroy living tissues, including the eyes and skin.

Highly Flammable These substances can easily catch fire.

Toxic / Poisonous These substances can cause death. May have their affect when swallowed, breathed or even absorbed through the skin

Oxidising These substances provide oxygen which allows other materials to burn more fiercely

Biohazard These substance have a risk of carrying microbial infection and diseases.
