Journal Entry: Unit #4Entry #9 What does it mean to broadcast an event in scratch? Is it possible to accomplish the same thing with the ‘wait [ ] secs’ control? Why would you want to use one over the other? Journals Due tomorrow. 3 pts/entry 1 pt for stamp 2 pts for content

Story Project Write out a story (on paper) that you will program in scratch. The story must have at least 4 scenes. Each scene should have at least 3 characters. The characters should talk to each other in each scene, and when they talk, they should take turns talking. Once your story is approved you can begin working on it in scratch.
