2 Company Background BUSISIPHO SKILLS is a black woman owned skills development and training provider that is committed to providing better skills for the workforce and skilling the unemployed in preparation for the workplace. The heart of our strategic pathway is to develop the company into a business that provides high quality skills development facilitation services to companies. We are accredited by the Wholesale & Retail SETA and have scope offer other SETA programmes. We are a total BBBEE business and the Director, Busi Kweyi-Ngubelanga is a Qualified ETD Practitioner that has more than 10 year ‘s experience in the Skills Development Industry. We employ services of qualified and experienced ETD Facilitators, Assessors and Moderators. We endeavor to render a skills development service that is of a high standard, which complies with the legislative requirements as set out by the South African Qualifications Authority Act, Skills Development Act, Skills Development Levies Act as well as ETQA/QCTO requirements to achieve the business objectives of our clients.
