HOW TO APPLY Nankai University Exchange Program

Please visit Nankai University Online applying system ( and create your own ID.

Log in, and click APPLICATION, as follows:

Choose the program you will take at NKU as “University Exchange Program” as the example shows:

Choose the major you like at NKU

Click “APPLY” to choose your school and major at NKU during your exchange period. (please choose English teaching programs if need, eg: majors at the Business School )

Complete your online application procedures

Please provide your Home University information in this page

Prepare the following documents and send them to the International Students Office at NKU Nomination letter; Nankai application form(typed),; Certificate of enrollment; Official transcripts; 2 Photocopies of your passport; Copy of Life Insurance documents (if you have, but can be used in China during your exchange period)

Warm Tips The students who join this NKU exchange program to study at NKU for one semester or one academic year, are considered as “exchange students 校际交换 ”(not self-supported students 自费生 ), no matter if you need to pay your tuition fee to your home university. Exchange students better purchase your life insurance at your home country, but to make sure which can be used in China during your staying at NKU. And provide a copy of the information page along with your documents.
