E-Booking for Parents’ Evening A guide for parents on how to electronically book appointments for parents’ evenings

Log on to: booking.co.uk/heathfield Fill in Parent’s Title, Parent’s Surname, Child’s First Name, Child’s Surname and Child’s Date of Birth on the home page and click Log In

Click on the event Year 10 Parents’ Evening

1. Scroll left to right using the arrow keys and click on the subject for which you wish to make an appointment 2. Ensure the correct teacher has been filtered 3. Select your time by clicking within an appointment window, tabling any questions in advance. 4. Click Make booking

You will see your booking appear in the teacher’s schedule. To amend or delete, simply click on the booking.

To view your schedule, simply click on Print My Appointments to open up your itinerary
