Why choose this topic  The media plays an important role on the opinion of the masses.  The presidential election of 2016 is a hot topic on twitter.  By doing this research we are going to be able to tell if:  Quantify the bias of the media towards certain candidates using sentimental analysis.  How much positive and negative coverage some websites do.  If the public opinion about one news website is actually accurate.

The concept of the Network  The network will be developed by gathering tweets from all majors newspapers.  Each node will represent a newspaper and a candidate.  Each edge will represent the relationship the newspaper has with the candidate.  This will allow us to see the bias of one newspaper towards a candidate.

The concept of the Network  The network will naturally be a bipartite network where republicans and democrats are divided.  The sentimental analysis will be done using a tool called alchemy API.  The network is going to be directed.
