The TUNDRA Today I will learn about the Tundra because I need to know the characteristics that scientists use to classify the biomes.
Ecosystems. Ecosystems What Makes up an Ecosystem? Organism: any living thing. Populations: a collection of organisms of a given species. Communities:
An environment is made up of all the living and non-living things with which an organism (living thing) may interact.
You will be given the answer. You must give the correct question.

Tundra Biome Research By Patrick Brewer

Tundra Geography & Climate Tundra have 6 to 9 month winters it is cold for most of the year Tundra’s are mostly found in North American and Antarctica.

Tundra Biodiversity Ducks, geese, shore birds song, birds, caribone, mice, reindeer, artic hares, woles, lemmings, muskoxen, and hawks. Lichens, mosses, grasses, and small shrubs

Tundra Adaptations Needed for Survival Tundra plants are adapted to drought and cold they grow with little light. The animals adapt use there fur to keep warm.

Tundra Interactions of Biotic and Abiotic

What is Biodiversity? The number of different species of plants and animals in the area. Biodiversity diversity is the way of life and the intricate interactions that support and put organisms to togther.

How does biodiversity contribute to the sustainability of an ecosystem? Use the handout given in class to answer the above question Type your answer here
