Required Forms For Student Data Folders For 4 Year Old Pre-K Students The slides that follow are the ones that are to be included in each Pre-K student’s data folder. To print out the documents for the folders, go to print, select the slides for the documents you want (ie 5-9), and print the slides. Keep the sheets together in a folder for each child and have the children update them on a regular basis. 3 year old students will use what is appropriate, feel free to create your own forms based on their IEP goals.
