 Research tells us that the first two–three weeks are critical in student participation and retention.  QUESTION: What do you do to motivate students at the beginning of your course?

 Engagement needs to continue past the first few weeks.  QUESTION: What have you found to be the most effective ways to engage students in your course, with you, and with each other?

 Using technology is a powerful way to increase student-to-student and student-to- teacher interaction.  QUESTION: What type of technologies are you using in your courses?

 An online class takes a significant amount of work, often more that a traditional class.  QUESTION: What time management tips can you share regarding online classroom management?
