Grasslands of Africa and Asia By: Madeline,Torie, Summer, and Cheyenne 

Climate and Weather The climate for these grasslands is basically dry. It is rare to rain more than 100 cm a year. The grasslands usually have very hot summers and very cold winters.

African Plants/ Trees Acacia trees usually have small leaves and are thorny Umbrella Thorn Acacia. Jackalberry Trees are also found in Africa. Elephant grass and Switchgrass are located in this region.
