The Declaration of Independence 8-2.3 Explain the roles of South Carolinians in the adoption of the Declaration of Independence.

South Carolinian’s and the Declaration of Independence….. Served as delegates to Second Continental Congress when Declaration of Independence was debated. They were planters that represented Lowcountry Elite and NOT Backcountry.
