Health 1 Overview of Course Health Science I is designed to enable you to obtain the knowledge and skills necessary to make healthy and informed decisions for a lifetime. In Health Science I we will explore a broad range of health topics to give you the skills and knowledge necessary to make decisions that sustain a healthy life.

I can demonstrate the ability to access valid health information and health-promoting products and services.
