Why did Brother and Sister Bear have bad dreams? What is a nightmare? Dreams can feel very real some times. What did Sister Bear do when she had a scary dream? What did Sister Bear do when Brother Bear had a scary dream?

o Ask your partner to decide which of these reasons explain why we sometimes have bad dreams. o Scary movies can stay in your brain and give you scary dreams. o When you are worried about things during the day, your brain tries to work them out at night with different dreams. o When someone has a great imagination, their dreams can create scary things if they don't create something fun and exciting instead. o _________________________________________

Share your Dream Channels with a partner. What are some of their channels that you want to add to your Dream Channel Changer?

In addition to using your Dream Channels, you can do many other things to help you sleep at night: 1.Talk with your mom, dad, grandparent, brother, sister, teacher, or counselor about what you might be worrying about instead of keeping them inside. 2.Write in your journal or diary. 3.Exercise every day so your body is tired. 4.Don't watch TV or play videogames right before you go to bed. Instead read a book or draw.
