Intro Continued Give overview of main topics Intro should take about 1 minute of your speech.

The body of the Speech Chronological Order: start with the oldest event and go to most recent Spatial Order: discussing one topic in different places Example: the cause of a natural disaster in the East and West Cause and Effect: Describe cause and effect of a subject. Example: Cause of poor economy and the effect on society.

Problem and Solution: offers the solution to a problem. Sequential Order: explains a step by step process

Conclusion Should summarize main points Put what you have said in perspective Add a final thought.
