What is Investors In People?  Set in standard for better people management since  Internationally recognised standard.  Defines what it takes to lead, support and manage people for sustainable results.  Uses a rigorous assessment methodology and framework.  This helps to reflect on workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform.
