Example: team-taught dual credit where every student earns the secondary school credit but 2 students do not earn the college credit 18

Example: College delivered Level 1 Cook where two students did not earn the total secondary school credits possible (3 credits per student). Two students did not successfully complete the Level 1 program. 19

Example: Level 1 Commercial Vehicle where two students have only earned 1 of the possible 2 secondary school credits each. Two students did not successfully complete the Level 1 program. 20

Example: SWAC program where 1 student did not successfully complete one college- delivered college course. Complete the bottom section for SWAC programs. 21
