Careers  Explore Careers begins in 6 th grade and continues through 8 th grade favorite careers & clusters & explore careers & clusters are used in career cluster lesson  What are my interests? cluster finder – first completed in 6 th grade, can be retaken each year of middle school  Roadtrip nation interview archive students may watch videos at any time during Middle School

My planner  This tab is not really used at the middle school level because Counselors guide students through most of the lessons that they complete while here.  This tab can be used more frequently in High School.

Colleges  My colleges  College research  Scholarships & money  All of these tabs will be used much more frequently in HS but the goal is to have students have an awareness of this resource while still in middle school

Colleges  Students will create a list of “colleges I’m thinking about”  These colleges can come from “college match”, “college look up” or “college search”  Schools from Virginia, as well as all over the Country  Much of the information is not applicable at this stage, but can be good reference material for students to see

Colleges  Students may begin to explore a College or University by selecting a school that they place on their list  There is much information that can be found from this page but only some is available while students are in middle school  They can see average accepted student’s GPA and SAT, ACT scores  They can see a graph that shows the average accepted student’s GPA and SAT, ACT scores
