Value System A vision has to be built on sound, eternal and context to sustain the enthusiasm and energy of people over a long time. Value system is a protocol for behaviour in a community and the individual progress on a sustainable basis. The importance you attach to your value system is reflected in the cost you are willing to incur for that.

Compliance to a value system requires people who have high aspirations, self esteem and belief in fundamental values. Walk the talk in demonstrating their commitment to a value system. Leaders have to demonstrate their belief in sacrifice and hard work. Walk your talk
