Pd1 -Caught dancing naked. (Dancing is WRONG!) -People were very obedient. -Kids are limited to what they can do. -Why wouldn’t people just leave if they didn’t like the society? (Where would they go?) -Reminds me of the Giver – strict society -Were a lot of towns like this back then? -Why Salem? Why not another town? -Why not treat kids RIGHT? Maybe it wouldn’t have happened? -Is Betty really sick? So bizarre… -Can we trust the records left to us? How much of what Arthur Miller wrote is true? -Why say Betty was FLYING over someone’s barn?
