Four Types of Support While support includes emotional caring, it’s more than that. Think of support as if you were an architect. It includes the foundation, the beams and pillars that enable something to stand strong. 1. Sharing information 2. Giving feedback on performance 3. “Hands-on” help 4. Emotional caring
