There are seven different types of electromagnetic waves. By : Jennifer Arroyo

 Radio waves are a type of electromagnetic Radiation with wavelength. Radio waves travel in speed of light.  Some examples of radio waves:

 Microwaves are electromagnetic waves with wavelength. They are as long as one meter to as short as one millimeter.  Some examples:

 Infraded light is an electromagnetic radiation.  The wavelengths for infraded light is longer than visible light.  Some examples:

 Visible is narrow range in electromagnetic radiation.  The wavelength is visible to human eye.  Some examples:

 Ultraviolet is electromagnetic radiation.  Ultraviolet waves are shorter than visible waves but longer than ex-ray waves.  Some examples:

 Gamma-rays is an electromagnetic radiation of high frequency.  The gamma-rays are sometimes naturally produced by earth in high energy states.  Some examples:

 X-Rays have shorter waves than ultraviolet waves.  When you brake a bone in your body doctors use x-ray to see how bad you broke it.  Some examples:
