Customer Challenges Determining the health of our mission critical line of business applications Correlating operational data to pin point problems Very hard to apply domain knowledge of internal built apps How can I better report to management our success It’s difficult to manage our distributed business critical applications I'm not an expert in everything I need to manage How will I manage our Vista and Office 2007 SOX and other regulatory compliance challenges I need all my management tools to work together It’s tough to analyze and understand our enterprise from servers to desktops Why cant the system “learn” what's normal in our environment I need our first tier operators to resolve more issues I need to actively control the scope of responsibility How can I better leverage my investment in AD We need to increase the efficiency of our operations
