4 1. Objectives  To figure out the Problems of Environmental Planning.  To establish the System of the Korean Local Environmental Planning(LEP).  To organize the Environmental Planning effectively.

The adoption of New framework - continue DPSIGR??  DPSIR + G = “DPSIGR”  “DPSIR” : The casual framework for describing the interactions between society and the environment adopted by the EEA.  “DPSIGR” : The framework for Local Environmental Planning.  The aim of such an approach is :  To be able to provide information on all of the different elements in the “DPSIGR” chain.  to demonstrate their interconnection.  to estimate the effective of Responses.

12 Conclusions  Explain the system of Korean Environmental Planning.  Find out the Problems of Local Environmental Planning.  And, We are trying to establish the System of Korean Environmental Planning, As the alternative.  On account of The “DPSIGR” chain reacts mutually, We can see the Interaction of “DPSIGR” chain easily and find out the proper projects for Indicators.  Consequently, The “DPSIGR” chain works on reporting of LEP and It helps decision maker, public see environmental, economic, and other issues as interconnected.
