TRAIT APPROACH Leadership was traditionally searching for traits and skills necessary for the position

CAVEAT Stodgill (1974), Bass (1990), Zaccaro (2007) stated that even though traits and skills match the position, no guarantee that the leader would be effective.

NARCISSISM Raskin and Hall (1981) stated that traits necessary for strong leadership are akin to narcissism.
