Blue Devil Men’s Soccer Winter Bodyweight Circuit
Blue Devils, Hopefully you did well on your final exams and are ready for the winter break. In this packet there is a 4 week bodyweight circuit that will maintain your strength in preparation for the upcoming spring. There is also a list of conditioning workouts that needs to be completed 2 times a week that will maintain your aerobic capacity. There are videos on the website so, if you are confused by an exercise just click on a video and the video will show you how to perform the exercise.
