Where does my go?

Scenario 1: Outlook to Outlook  When one person who is setup to use Outlook sends to another person who also is setup to use Outlook, the stays in Outlook. Neither person will see it in Gmail.

Scenario 2: Outlook to Gmail  When a person using Outlook sends to a person setup to use Gmail, the will first go to the recipient’s Outlook mailbox. It will then be forwarded to the recipient’s Gmail mailbox. In this scenario, the recipient will see the message in both Outlook and Gmail.

Scenario 3: Gmail to Gmail  When one person who is setup to use Gmail sends to another person who also is setup to use Gmail, the stays in Gmail. Neither person will see it in Outlook.

Scenario 4: Gmail to Outlook  When a person using Gmail sends to a person setup to use Outlook, the will first go to the recipient’s Gmail mailbox. It will then be forwarded to the recipient’s Outlook mailbox. In this scenario, the recipient will see the message in both Gmail and Outlook.

FAQ  Do I need to check both systems?  Here is some good news…NO!! As you can see from the animations, will be delivered to the system you want it delivered to.  When can I be trained?  A series of voluntary Q/A sessions are being scheduled with Bryan Ruzenski to help everyone out.  I want to keep using Gmail. When will I be switched to Outlook?  You will be switched in one of the following ways:  When you request to via a School Dude Ticket.  When you attend one of the Q/A sessions.  On the weekend of January 30-31, all remaining accounts will be switched.
